FAQ

Questions, answered.

The things Malaysian SME owners ask us most — about compliance, pricing, your data, and the app.

Is ValoraBase MyInvois compliant?+

Yes. Every invoice you raise is validated and submitted to LHDN's MyInvois (or via Peppol for B2B), with the returned UIN and a full audit trail stored on the record — from the same system that runs the rest of your business. See how e-invoicing works →

How does pricing work?+

A free 30-day trial, then you pay only for the modules you switch on, in MYR per month. Run four or more together and a combo discount applies automatically — 4+ modules −15%, 6+ −25%. No lock-in; turn any module off anytime. See module prices →

What happens to my data if I turn a module off?+

Nothing is deleted. Turning a module off only removes access to its screens; its data is archived and comes straight back the moment you re-enable it.

Can it handle a business that manufactures and sells retail?+

Yes — that combination is a core focus. Production, a retail POS and one shared inventory live in the same system, so finished goods flow from the floor to the shelf and a sale drops real stock, with no double entry. More on manufacturing + retail →

Is there a mobile app?+

Yes — ValoraBase Go, with three doors: Work (your job, clock-in, pay), Jobs (a private job search with a Work Passport you own), and Biz (start your own micro-business). Each role sees only its own tasks, and the partner app for subcontractors is free.

Do I have to migrate everything at once?+

No. New companies start lean — just a couple of modules that fit the trade — and add the rest when ready. There's no rip-and-replace.

Is my data secure?+

Each company's data is isolated, sensitive actions are recorded in an audit trail, and compliance documents are retained for you to produce on demand.

Does it support Bahasa Malaysia?+

Yes. ValoraBase is localised for Malaysia — language, MYR/SST, EPF/SOCSO payroll and MyInvois e-invoicing.
